I come from a long line of food industry entrepreneurs. I am the recipient of over 100 years of food manufacturing knowledge and experience. When I was ten, my father hired me to be a taste tester for his meat processing business. From that moment, I became hooked on the art and science of flavor creation. As a teenager I loaded 2,000 lb. batches of spices into blenders and then filled them into bags. Through countless hours of experimentation and experience, I have mastered how different spices impact the flavor of all types of food.
To me, creating irresistible spice blends is much more than a job. It’s my personal calling. That’s why my friends, family and clients nicknamed me Spiceman.
Through the years, I’ve learned the specific nuances and capabilities of processing and packaging equipment. I have worked hard to develop close and long-term relationships with the world’s best ingredient suppliers.
Not a day goes by that I don’t work to improve my craft.
And as much pleasure as I get from creating delicious, one-of-a-kind blends, I don’t do it for me. I do it for my customers. Nothing – and I mean nothing – makes me happier than helping my clients solve problems and succeed.
